Overview
The Auto Weighing System is an automated weighing system for mini-tube containers used in screening.
- Measures the weight of each tube when placed in SBS standard racks, with options for 96, 48, or 24 tubes.
- Calculates net weight by measuring the tare weight before adding compounds and subtracting it from the post-addition weight.
- Increases throughput by lifting tubes from the bottom for weight measurement.
- Manages IDs by reading 1D barcodes on the rack side and 2D barcodes on the tube bottoms.
- Compact design intended for integration with dispensing systems and compound preparation devices.
