Overview

CellFarm(L) is a fully automated media exchange system designed to stabilize cell culture processes. It supports a variety of cell lines and culture vessels.

• Compatible with 60mm and 100mm dishes, as well as SBS multiwell plates.
• Capable of holding up to 360 plates (expandable).
• Manages media exchange conditions, image observation data, and schedules for each plate.
• Equipped with SCALE series CO₂ incubators featuring dry heat sterilization.
• Links cell observation images with coordinate data through ‘CellShot’.
• Uses disposable tips to minimize cross-contamination.
• Allows for partial media exchanges with residual control functions.

• Implemented plate presence (seating) sensors at each position to ensure reliable transport.
• Paddle transport system (gripping from the bottom) eliminates plate drop incidents.
• Gentle acceleration and deceleration to prevent agitation of solutions inside plates.
• Transport area maintained in a clean environment equivalent to ISO 5 (Grade A).
